The dynamic development of our Company resulted in the establishment of a new organisational sub-unit – Procurement and Logistics section, functioning within the Implementation Division. The main function of the new sub-unit is to procure materials and components of appropriate quality, used to carry out our contracts and supervision over logistics processes. It is characterised by professional operation and top transparent collaboration standards with suppliers as specified in the Procurement Policy.

Efficient functioning of the Procurement and Logistics section is guaranteed by:

• Procurement Policy with its transparent standards,
• Educated and experienced personnel who keep raising their qualifications,
• Use of state-of-the-art technological solutions,
• Continues review of internal processes and modification thereof whenever required,
• Team work with individual responsibility for quality,
• Periodical assessment of the efficiency of the applied principles and stated objectives.

The development directions of our Procurement and Logistics section are subject to the top operating standard that meets both the standards of our internal quality systems and the standards used by our suppliers and business partners; additionally, we rely on the experience of our employees in the business of steel industrial buildings.
